I am glad you wrote your opinion on this. It is interesting to read your thoughts. But the real question: Are some people "Above The Law"?

I agree completely, especially with the "Thank God it's over!" part. Why the hell are people obsessed with this tripe? You should write a post about celebrity fixation. Also, I love your sense of humor!

I agree with what you've said. Hopefully he will get some decent advice/counseling about what behavior is acceptable and tolerable in our society.

Unfortunately, I don't think you are 100% right. The American public is very quick to forgive and forget, and I don't doubt that Michael could still perform to sell out crowds across the country, if for nothing else but his weirdness. Then of course the are the naive, diehard fans that could never think Michael would be guilty of something as disgusting as Pedophilia. I do agree 100% that I'm glad we don't have to listen to the daily account of Michael's prison experience, or what soap box he would crawl upon because of it. Michael is physically and mentally in Neverland. Sure wish he could get some help. Surprised he got off? Not for a minute. His crime wasn't tried, but the family that accused him of that crime. But then he wouldn't pick on a funtional family to try that____ with, would he??

Respectfully,

Margaret Tyrrell
