As for the world ending, I believe (or at least hope) that a NEW world will be born when the number of like-minded people reaches critical mass, forcing a much-needed paradigm shift.

I’m also very pleased to know that you, Wayne, are still the very cool guy I knew in Houston back in 1958! (I still have a photo of you in your black leather motorcycle jacket.) You haven’t changed a bit. Keep up the good work.

TO: Federal Aviation Administration

Our airline industry is in real trouble, and it’s time to start fixing this before it’s too late.

To that end, here are some modest suggestions:

Dump the male flight attendants. No one wanted them in the first place. Replace all the female flight attendants with good-looking strippers! What the hell? The attendants have gotten old and haggard-looking. They don’t even serve food anymore, so what’s the loss? The strippers would at least triple the alcohol sales and get a “party atmosphere” going in the cabin. And, of course, every heterosexual businessman in this country would start flying again, hoping to see naked women. Because of all the tips, the female flight attendants wouldn’t need a salary, thus saving even more money. Hell, I suspect tips would be so good that we could charge the women for working and have them kick back 20 percent of the tips, including lap dances and “special services.”
Muslims would be afraid to get on the planes for fear of seeing naked women. Hijackings would come to a screeching halt and the airline industry would see record revenues.
This is definitely a win-win situation if we handle it right. A golden opportunity to turn a liability into an asset.
Why the hell didn’t Bush think of this?

Okay, already! I’ll see your End Times and I’ll call you on it!

I have gotten so many posts lately raving that Id better repent because the time is very close. I saw it on the news tonight as well: pastors telling the congregations that it’s about 7 years away!

God knows how busy you people are with all us heathens! So many to save, so little time to do it. Well, first you have to convince us!

I’ve thought about this a lot and I think I may have an answer.

Since you will be so busy at your respective churches—you can set up phone lines and computer rooms and put cots all around the dining hall, and this will save you needed time in driving in all this traffic every day.

So, heres the deal: You turn over the deeds to your homes, boats, planes, businesses, etc. because you want to convince us, and because if it is the end times, wouldn’t it be silly to go about life as if you were planning for the future or something?

How about stocks and bonds? Surely you won’t need them, and jewelry and art and silver and furs. Show me the money! You

cant take this stuff with you when the big “scoop” comes and all the saved are lifted up into the heavens. This is what we will do; heathens that we are. We will turn your homes, lakehouses, beachfront properties, extra automobiles into charities and put in hospice care for the needy. We will start boarding homes for the pregnant teens, and we will turn your apartment buildings into half-way houses and treatment centers for addicts and mentally disturbed people. We will sell your jewels and art and pay the unemployed to work these new charity jobs.

We will give your clothing to the poor and set up scholarships with your pensions and savings. Im sure the government would allow you to sign over your health insurance and life insurance for this cause (there are a lot of non-believers in politics.) So, let us unburden you as the time is descending upon us and let us help you to earn your extra credit that you need to get those tickets aboard the big scooper! Noah gave all of his worldly goods away, packed up and split– look how well it paid off for him? Time’s a tick’n and we really need to get right on this. Here is your chance to show us what you’re made of—and maybe just maybe you will win a few of us over in the meantime. If not, well—we will just go on our wicked ways trying to make this earth a better place until the wrath of God swats us down for our evilness and self-centeredness. You will get your reward, and we will get what ever is coming to us. Deal???????
