What is your opinion of Provigil being given along with a 450mg dose of Wellbutrin to treat a 40 year old female who has had almost all of the high stress situations to contend with this past year. Her main complaint is being very tired all the time, which is not normal for her. She says the Provigil makes her feel strange and "fuzzy" and she does not want to take it, but is not due for a recheck with her doctor for another 2 weeks. Do you think a SSRI type antidepressant would be better?
