FAQ
Question: Why does Dr. Jones require a “med-check” appointment every 3 months to get a stimulant prescription for ADHD? Is that a State of Texas law?
Answer: Dr. Jones does require that all patients on a controlled substance be
monitored every three months to insure quality treatment. It is not a state
law, however the state medical board does expect doctors to monitor patients
on these types of drugs. The appointments can be done on the phone if the
patient is doing well, and he only requires that they actually come in the
office on an annual basis.

Question: I have just bought some Cooper’s Basic vitamins, and I would like to know if you know of any side effects like dizziness, or upset stomach from taking these vitamins?
Linda
Answer: I have not heard of any instances of dizziness, however I would recommend
that you take them after eating to avoid any stomach upset.

Dr. Jones
